I came to a bit of a shock last week. I asked one of the gym staff to take my measurements (as I don’t weigh myself at home) and I found that I had not changed stats in the last 4 months. I felt distraught.
Yes, so, I’m not the most dedicated gymmer. Yes I did take 3 weeks off when I did my heel in. Yes I still ate that pizza, and that burger.
